THIS IS A 50 MINUTE CLASS FOCUSING ON STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING AND NOT YOUR AVERAGE BOOT CAMP. OVER THE YEARS OF TRAINING I HAVE DISCOVERED THAT MOST BOOT CAMPS AND OTHER FITNESS CLASSES FOCUS ON CARDIO CIRCUITS WITH HIGH REPS AND LIGHT WEIGHTS. THIS CLASS IS NOT THAT.

WE WILL BE DOING COMPOUND BARBELL MOVEMENTS BUILDING STRENGTH AND LEAN MUSCLE TO JUMPSTART YOUR METABOLISM AND MAINTAIN A HEALTHY ATTRACTIVE BODY OVER TIME. 

EACH CLASS WILL INVOLVE A GROUP WARM UP, MOBILITY/BREATHING DRILLS, 1-3 STRENGTH MOVEMENTS AND THEN A QUICK CIRCUIT TO CAUSE MORE FAT BURN WHILE YOU ARE AT REST. EACH CLASS WILL ONLY HAVE 6-8 PEOPLE IN IT ALLOWING US TO CONCENTRATE ON YOUR FORM AND TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY. THINK  SEMI-PRIVATE  TRAINING AT A BOOT CAMP PRICE.

THESE CLASSES WILL BE PROGRAMED AS FOLLOWS:

MONDAY AND TUESDAY WILL BE THE SAME STRENGTH AN CONDITIONING WORKOUT.

WEDNESDAY WILL BE A RESTORATIVE 'LIGHT DAY' WITH SOME CONDITIONING

THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WILL BE THE SAME STRENGTH AN CONDITIONING WORKOUT.

YOU CAN PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH DAYS YOU WANT TO COME IN. THESE CLASES SRE PROGRAMED FOR 2-3 VISITS PER WEEK.BE SURE TO ENROLL THROUGH YOUR FRONT DESK ACCOUNT BEFORE COMING TO CLASS.
